In November, the slewing ring with
diameter of 4540mm produced by Ma'anshan Fangyuan slewing Limited was
successfully launched for a Chinese enterprise of large railway tunnel shield
machine and has been delivered to customers for use.
The slewing ring with large dimensions works in humid environment of heavy moisture and dusty, requires for good sealing performance, high precision gears, flexible rotating, shock resistance, and high life. The slewing ring is a large thin-walled component with demanding blank material requirements. As it is also easy to be deformed in processing, the slewing ring is a special slewing ring with high technology and high added value.
After system test and performance test, the technical indicators of the slewing ring all reached or exceed the design requirements, satisfying the customer’s use conditions.
Currently, the first batch of sample machines have been delivered to customer for use. After the further recognition, the product will enter the small batch production.
